Burn

Battle of Blackwater
Battle of Blackwater

Water comes to life, in a color of green

The green brings the entire battlefield to a standstill

Soldiers are unsure of how to proceed

Commanding Officers yells commands to the soldiers

Fighting slowly resumes

But there is an edge to the fighting now

Soldiers starting to become desperate

The green flames are coming closer to the battlefield

Soldiers closer to the edge of the battlefield are hit first

Green flames touch them leaving soldiers either dead or burnt

The further the flames stretch, the more soldiers are left burnt

After the battle each side still lose a large number of soldiers

Soldiers that survive the battle, succumb to their burns

A new poem for you all.
